Basic punch tutorial [Pivot]

Yeah i decided to make something simple, and i ended up with punching tutorial. Hope you will learn something, this the tutorial's end result:

It has 8 frames, and we will go through them step by step. (do not worry, if you didn't get how to do the punch, the piv. file is available at the end of this tutorial)

the punch wasn't to great... this fist kinda went up then down instead of a punch more like a pound. on the step his foot slide, and the pictures for the tut...well, the img link broke.
