im srry but i got to say,low med begginer,you have to watch the stiffness try moving everyjoint in each frame
also you got to work on your easing, such as this

no easing
that tells how much of a joint you should move example of easing
such as in one frame you only move it 1 little time
on the next frame you move it 2 little spaces
on the next you move it the spaces
on te next frame move the joint 1 Big time
then back down the scale
