Nice work.

In your RHG demo you could let his knees bend more, it looks a bit unnatural when there that stiff...

Oh yeah i loved the light show.

My advice would to go back to the basics. Just work on overall good flow, easing, stiffness(even though its hard when you use flash), uh... and some other shit i cant remember at the moment

Your first one was really good, I like the mirror image you made. Work on your stiffness though, it does seem a bit stiff. You know how to make your animations smooth though, so just work on easing a bit.
